Service Delivery Procedure
The hotel operates a non-cash service system.
When you check into a room you will be issued a guest card and a credit line will be opened.
All services are provided upon presentation of the guest card and are credited to your room number.
If you exceed the credit line, you will be immediately informed.
Payment for services
You can pay for services at the reception desk when you leave the hotel, if you exceed the credit limit or at any time convenient for you.
Russian rubles and bank cards are accepted for payment: Visa International, MasterCard International.
Check-in and check-out times
Check in time is 5 p.m.
Check-out time is 3 p.m.
Departure from the hotel
For your convenience, please invite a maid to close the account by pressing the corresponding button on your phone.
Before 3 p.m., pay the bills at the reception desk and receive a "Paid" note on your guest card.
Pass the guest card to the security officer when leaving the hotel.
Extending your stay
To extend your stay at the hotel, please contact the reception staff by clicking the appropriate button on your phone.
Please note that staying in the room after the estimated hour is a paid service:
check in before 7 a.m. - cost of 1 day;
7 a.m. - 12 a.m. - cost of 1/2 days;
12 a.m. - 5 p.m. - hourly payment;
check-out after:
3 p.m. - 7 p.m. - hourly payment;
7 p.m. - 10 p.m. - cost of 1/2 days;
after 10 p.m.- cost of 1 day.
